Experience the Physical and Mental Benefits of Yoga at Fitpark Wellness Gym

Lipeños have been clamoring for yoga classes in Lipa City. This is especially true since they recognize the benefits, both physical and mental, that yoga brings. Thanks to Fitpark Wellness Gym, Lipeños can now experience these benefits with the yoga classes that they’re offering.

Available Classes

Right now, Fitpark Wellness Gym is offering two types of yoga classes – Hatha and Vinyasa. The former is conducted by Ms. Sharon while the latter is conducted by Ms. Shiela. Both are experienced Manila-based yoga teachers who are highly sought after by yoga studios all over Metro Manila.

In my opinion after attending the yoga classes, Hatha is more beginner-friendly as it applies breathing exercises with postures. Vinyasa focuses on a progression of flowing postures which makes it more rhythmic. It’s still easy enough for beginners. It was actually my first yoga class and I was able to keep up.

This is not to say that you’re expected to breeze through the yoga class. Both Hatha and Vinyasa are intense. I was sweating buckets and needed to be guided by the yoga teachers. Yes, you don’t have to worry because the yoga teachers keep a watchful eye over everyone to make sure that everyone is doing the breathing and postures properly.

In addition, there are relaxation exercises before the sessions end. Don’t be surprised if you fall asleep.

From what I can see, those who have signed up already attend both classes. Each has its own unique benefits so it’s a good idea to attend both classes.
