I fancy myself as a fitness enthusiast. I can’t live without the gym. As a former 310 pound guy now at around 190 pounds, I take pride in living a healthy lifestyle. Of course, one half of that equation (with the other half being the diet) is the exercise program. For that, I need a good gym – a gym that I’ll be more than happy to recommend. I received nothing but appreciation from my friends for inviting them to the gym. For the cardio lovers, the gym boasts of 3 treadmills, 1 elliptical and 2 bikes. These are all high-quality models from their specific lines.
How about for the bodybuilders, you ask? I’m a bodybuilder myself and I can tell you that there’s more than enough equipment for us. There’s a Smith machine, benches for your Chest Day Monday, machines for your shoulders, legs and back and lots of plates and dumbbells. There’s also a fancy cable machine that has an adjustable height. It’s the first time I saw a cable machine like that here in Lipa. Of course, they also have a squat rack.
There are also group classes. Right now, FitPark has Body Shred, Cardio Boxing, HIIT, circuit training and Zumba, although these classes change depending on the demand. These classes will be handled by experienced professionals. The classes will be done in a spacious room. Speaking of professionals, the gym also has courteous and professional trainers.

Now obviously this is not your ordinary gym. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the prices are. Of course, that is if you’re going to base that on what you’re getting. You get to work out in a high-powered gym in the presence of courteous and professional trainers. You get to work out in a spacious and clean gym. They even have lockers and a shower room.
