I spotted House of Guillas while driving through B. Morada Avenue. After all, it’s hard to miss it. It’s a cozy restaurant, but its well-lighted interior really makes the place stand out. It only took me a split-second to see a few IG-worthy spots. I thought to myself, I hope their food tastes as great as the restaurant-café looks.

It’s a new restaurant ready to satisfy the Lipeños’ need for good food and want for an IG-worthy space. They’re less than a couple of months old, but it’s already establishing a good following.
We’re willing to bet that the number of their fans will soon explode as word starts to spread about House of Guillas.
It’s a cozy restaurant-café. It looks beautiful especially at night when their lights illuminate the IG-worthy spots. You wouldn’t mind waiting for your order as you spend the time taking selfies.
Salted Egg Craze at House of Guillas
This is their pride and for good reason. Their best-sellers feature real salted egg sauce. You’re not getting salted egg powder. You’re getting real salted egg.
Imagine juicy and crunchy chicken wings smothered with salted egg sauce. Need a visual?
You haven’t had salted egg chicken wings until you’ve tried the Salted Egg Chicken Wings of House of Guillas.
If you’re more of a pork fan, the Salted Egg Bagnet is for you.
Imagine the rich salted egg sauce adding to the richness of the fatty bagnet. It’s heaven, I’m telling you.
You can get them by the platter that’s good for 2 to 3 people or as a rice meal good for 1.
Even their appetizers can be enjoyed with their salted egg sauce. The Potato Wedges are amazing.
But you have to get the Cheese Sticks.
It’s good enough to share but there’s a good chance that you’ll order another one for yourself.

You’d imagine that an IG-worthy place like this will serve pasta because it’s fitting. Yes, they serve good pasta. We tried the creamy Carbonara.
For something healthier, go for the Tuna Pasta.
They also have rice meals. We were able to try the succulent Baby Back Ribs.
Their Buffalo Wings with Rice is also a must-try.
I also loved their Nachos.
I love how thin and crispy the chips are.
They also have good sandwiches starting with the Grilled Cheese Panini.
The Clubhouse Sandwich is a feast.
The Waffle Burger looks cute but is a beast that will surely test your tummy’s capacity.

Refreshing Drinks
House of Guillas is also a café, and it’s a good one at that if we’re going to base it on the drinks that they serve. They have a nice selection of coffee-based drinks that are powered by Organo.
We tried the Caramel Mocha.
Supposedly good for you because of the Organo Coffee, it’s a good way to satisfy your blended drink cravings!
The Crazy Mango Keso is crazy good!
They’ve also just launched their own milk tea line – TeaTox!
We tried the Okinawa and the Dark Chocolate Milk Tea. They’re really good! You can really taste the high-quality ingredients used.
