Sendok and Garpu

Indonesian restaurant Sendok and Garpu opened its second branch last month at the second floor of the main building of SM City Lipa.  Sendok and Garpu is the first Indonesian restaurant in the province of Batangas, offering authentic Indonesian cuisines like Rendang and Satay.  CNNgo readers in 2011 voted Rendang as the most delicious food in the world.  Satay on the other hand falls to number 14.

The owner Davy Alcala was inspired by the flavors of the dishes served to him by her Indonesian wife Yeni to go into the restaurant business.  Aside from Rendang and Satay, the restaurant also offers Tahu-Isi (deep fried tofu stuffed with vegetables); Karedok (vegetable salad in peanut sauce) and other Indonesian cuisines.

For the drinks, aside from carbonated sodas, they are also offering coffee which is served in a drip mug; milk tea; and brewed iced tea.

Tactics

Tactics is a kiosk store located at the ground floor of the main mall, at the atrium between Supermarket and The SM Store.  Tactics offers bags and pouches which are all guaranteed to keep your valuables dry during rainy seasons.  Tactics products are also ideal to bring along during your beach get-aways and island hopping adventures.

Scent Chips

Located at the ground floor of the main building of SM Lipa is another kiosk which sells a variety of scented wax chips and scent diffusers. There are 72 scents to choose from which can either be floral, spa, masculine, spice and fruit blends.
