EMBARK ON A NEW FOOD JOURNEY
Persian Avenue Lipa will take you on a culinary adventure where you’ll explore various dishes made with beef, pork, or chicken paired with yellow rice with a side of fresh vegetables or wrapped with fresh vegetables and creamy sauces. After its grand opening on January 26, 2023, this cozy restaurant is slowly gaining its loyal fanbase, and they’ve gained a few more from us!
Persian Avenue Lipa specializes in five boxed meals and two kinds of wraps; the menu may look small, but that means this restaurant ensures the best quality craftsmanship of each of its dishes. Knowing that its customers are almost always on the go, Persian Avenue carefully created its packaging to fit as much food as possible while also eliminating excess material, making this an environmentally-conscious business. They currently offer the following meals:

What is the Dining Experience Like?
Persian Avenue Lipa is similar to an indoor food stand. In other words, the interior can quickly be filled with a handful of people and there are only a few tables for dine-in customers. The interior is bright, bold, and modern with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The service is quick and you can even watch them build your plate from the counter.
The Interior
The interior of this food stand takes on a modern, industrial approach: a teal corrugated metal sheet adorns the counter, wood slats add rhythm to the walls, and industrial gooseneck sconces illuminate the eye-catching posters. In the future, we hope to see Persian Avenue Lipa expand its restaurant size so that it can accommodate more customers; however, given that it caters to diners on the go, we understand why the space is designed this way.
The Food
The food does not disappoint and looks just as advertised! The vegetables are fresh and the proteins are kept in a food burner to ensure they are warm for every serving. The wraps are warmed up using an electric tortilla warmer to draw out their natural flavors.

Where is Persian Avenue Lipa located?
Persian Avenue Lipa is conveniently located in the heart of Lipa City on Kapitan Simeon St., Lipa City, near STI Lipa College, Lipa City Panciteria, Cathedral de Lipa, and Casa de Segunda; it receives a lot of foot traffic, especially from students, due to its ideal location. It’s hard to miss the giant wrap that’s located on the curb, but you can use Google Maps and Waze to navigate here.
If you’re unable to visit them in person, you can always order via GrabFood to get your favorite rice meals and wraps delivered straight to your home or office.

Madami yung serving size nila, masarap, hindi tinipid yung ingredients, malasa yung meat, di maango yung beef nila kaya nasarapan ako kahit hindi ako nakain talaga ng beef, sulit for the price.

The food was pretty good. I really like the chicken kebab rice meal, although nakulangan ako sa serving size nung chicken. Mas maganda sana kung madami siya next time. For the price, sulit naman siya for 100 pesos na rice meals.

For me, masarap ang food nila, sulit yung price kasi marami rin yung serving nila; okay din yung sauce nila, ‘di masyadong nao-over power yung lasa ng meat.

When it comes to [the] food, sobra ako nasarapan sa food nila, specifically yung beef shawarma rice. Yung chicken nila sobra lamb[ot]. Sulit sa halagang [one] hundred pesos meron ka na rice meal.
