Dio’s Marketing: Everything a Homeowner Needs Under One Roof at Great Quality and Affordable Prices

Every homeowner looks at two things when buying something – the quality and the price. Unfortunately for a lot of these homeowners, they’re under the impression that they have to sort of sacrifice one thing for the other. They go to a mall to buy something and ensure that it’s high in quality, and in the process pay a higher price for it.

On the other hand, some homeowners go to a tiangge or a public market to buy something at an affordable price, with the assumption (and acceptance) that it’s lower in quality.

What they don’t know is thanks to Dio’s Marketing, they can buy high quality items at an affordable price.

About Dio’s Marketing

Dio’s Marketing is a general merchandise store located in the heart of Brgy. 2, Lipa City. It traces its history back to the early 80s – back when it was known as Tapay’s Glassware in the Lipa City Public Market. It was one of the first in the city to sell houseware items.

In 1988, the owners decided to diversify to offer more items and this paved the way for a massive overhaul and Dio’s Marketing was born.

Dio’s Marketing at their present location.

Needless to say, Dio’s Marketing is a product of perseverance, hard work, vision and innovation.

Everything Under One Roof

Housed in a 3-storey building, you’ll find everything that you need for your home at Dio’s Marketing. It’s basically a department store where you can find literally everything from something as basic as spoons and forks to appliances.

Here are some pictures of their available products.

Believe me when I tell you that these pictures don’t do justice to the wide availability of their products. You have to see for yourself how you can really buy everything you need for your home at Dio’s Marketing.

In fact, Dio’s Marketing will make you realize that you need something. You’ll find things that you didn’t know you needed when you visit the store.

For example, I realized that I needed more microwavable containers. I prep my meals, and they sure come in handy.

My wife, who now mentions our need to go back to Dio’s Marketing ASAP every hour, realized that we needed rugs, glasses, spoons, forks and candle holders. She even bought a glass cake plate, realizing that we needed one because we place the cake on top of its box whenever we have a celebration at home.

Glass cake plate for only PHP 240.

Here she is expertly scouring the aisles for things that we need.

Mrs. Hello Lipa at Dio’s Marketing.

Also, I love the fact that they still carry products that have been phased out by malls. We found a stainless steel stove-top takure that’s not available in malls anymore. This is not to say that they carry outdated products. They carry older products that people still have use for. Of course, they also have the newest products available in malls.

We also love how appliances are available in different brands – from the cheapest brands to the more expensive ones.

Affordable Prices

Until now, we can’t believe how affordable their products are. Their products are consistently 30% to 50% cheaper than in malls.

For example, these microwavable containers are PHP 10 to PHP 15 cheaper than in malls.

Also the Luminarc glass set that we bought for PHP 295, is priced at PHP 400 at malls.

These rice cookers are priced at a little less than PHP 1,000 at malls.

The prices are so low that I immediately told my dad to check out Dio’s Marketing, and he did that same day. He’s a Divisoria fan and he goes there at least twice a month to buy things, and he was pleasantly surprised that some of the products at Dio’s are actually cheaper than in Divisoria. For example, a dozen hangers at Dio’s is priced at PHP 30, whereas it’s priced at PHP 40 in Divisoria. He was shaking his head in disbelief, especially knowing that he could have saved a lot of time, effort and money if only he knew about the prices at Dio’s Marketing.

Can you imagine the savings you’ll get if you’re going to buy in bulk? Caterers and restaurant owners buy their plates, utensils, table decorations and the likes here.

It’s Hip to Shop at Dio’s Marketing

Some young shoppers wouldn’t really go in the vicinity of a public market to shop. They’d rather shop at malls where it’s hip. It’s hard to blame them, really, because let’s face the fact that it’s more comfortable to shop at malls.

Well, young shoppers should give Dio’s Marketing a chance. Just check it out for yourself and you’ll see that it’s also comfortable to shop here. The place is clean. There’s strong air-conditioning. The staff is always ready to assist.

The staff ready to assist you.

You want to know what’s really hip? It’s when you find something nice at an affordable price.

For example, how about some Megabox boxes for all your clothes that don’t fit you anymore but you promise to go on a diet and make them fit soon?

How about some drawers and cabinets?

Oh, and how about some cool plates for when you have friends over?

How about some coffee mugs for those cold nights when all you want to do is to drink coffee and plan how you’re going to dominate the world?

With the Christmas season coming up, go check out Dio’s Marketing and buy your gifts early!
