1. Can you please introduce yourself to our followers?
Magandang Buhay Lipeños! I am Bless Hermie Panggat Lamang your Miss Lipa Tourism candidate no. 13. I am a model, entrepreneur, baker and advocate of “Imperfectly Beautiful” and “Blessed Lipa” .
2. Can you describe your usual day?
As an entrepreneur and a baker, I usually start my day early in the morning. My usual day begins by baking fresh and delicious cakes and pastries for our business called “Fat Mama Ph” (you guys should try it out you’ll surely love it ❤ Thank you in advance. 🥰) #SuportLocal. My afternoon is spent on some administrative tasks and marketing ideas to keep our business thriving. #MalayoPaPeroMalayoNa. And evenings are for some family, training, and me time.
3. Can you describe the modern Lipeña?
A modern Lipeña is a role model who balances and honors her past, traditions, and modernity. She embodies the rich cultural heritage of Lipa while embracing modernity. Lastly, her values are rooted in the values of a Lipeño of being “Matapang, Matatag at Walang Inuurungan”

4. What’s your favorite Lipeño food? Why?
My favorite Lipeño food is Lomi because it offers both comfort and satisfaction in every bite “First Bite, Thank you Lord “. And for me what makes Lomi an exceptional dish is its rich flavor topped with lots and different toppings making it a taste of home, a comforting reminder of my roots of being a Lipeña with a vibrant culture and heritage.
5. What made you decide to join Miss Lipa Tourism 2024?
I joined Miss Lipa Tourism 2024 to make use of this platform to showcase to a bigger audience how “BLESSED” Lipa City is having its people, rich culture, heritage, history, and landscapes while embracing modernization, that Lipa City is your home away from home. Also, it would be an honor to carry “Lipa City”, my hometown, across my heart because I am Bless Hermie Panggat Lamang, proud Lipeña!
6. Why do you think you should win Miss Lipa Tourism 2024?
I should be your Miss Lipa Tourism 2024 because I am an embodiment of a true Lipeña who honors her past and lives vibrantly in the present. I am also a woman who possesses a passion for Lipa, with my enthusiasm and knowledge about Lipa I know that I can effectively engage with people from diverse backgrounds and showcase what makes Lipa City special, inspiring them to visit Lipa. #BlessedLipa
7. How do you plan on helping your fellow Lipeños as a candidate for Miss Lipa Tourism 2024?
As a candidate of Miss Lipa Tourism, I plan to help my fellow Lipeños by being a role model to them to live a life with Lipeño values of being “Matapang, Matatag and Walang Inuurangan”. Also, I plan to help my fellow Lipeños by continuing my advocacies entitled “Blessed Lipa” and “Imperfectly Beautiful.
8. What is your advocacy?
I am an advocate of #BlessedLipa which aims to educate and showcase to everyone what Lipa City has to offer – from its rich culture, heritage, history, people, and modernization. Through my advocacy and actions people will see that Lipa has it all, that Lipa City offers a multifaceted experience that honors our history and legacy while embracing growth and progress.
9. What’s your message to your fellow Lipeños?
To all my fellow Lipeños tayo na’t mag samasama at magkaisa sa kakaibang ganda ng Lipa. Let’s embrace our history, heritage, and culture and foster a great identity and pride of being a Lipeño. Together, let’s be ambassadors of our city and encourage more visitors to explore, discover, and experience all that Lipa City has to offer.
10. If you could choose 3 things (food, places, people, etc.) to promote Lipa City, what would they be?
If I could choose three things to promote Lipa City, that would be:
1. Hardworking Lipeños – the people behind our progressive city. By promoting hardworking Lipeños this can inspire and attract potential investors and at the same time highlight the city’s progressive community.
2. Kapeng Barako – one of our trademark products that serves as a symbol of pride and the rich cultural heritage of Lipa. Plus, it is a great way to start the day while experiencing our beautiful and blessed city.
3. The Farm at San Benito – to showcase to everyone that our city offers a world – class wellness destination and to highlight the natural beauty of Lipa City.
11. Anything else you want to tell us?
To all my fellow Lipeños I am inviting every one of you to come and witness the most beautiful day in Lipa City that is happening on June 15, 2024, at Plaza Independencia. Can’t wait to see you all there! ❤
