3. Can you describe the modern Lipeña?

A modern Lipena embodies authenticity, staying true to herself and remaining unfazed by those who speak behind her back. She is a proud ambassador of her city’s rich history and vibrant culture, consistently showcasing and promoting it through social media.

4. What’s your favorite Lipeño food? Why?

My favorite Lipeno dish is Black Tustado, especially when it has a “tamis-anghang” flavor. I first tried it in 2022, and its unique taste left a lasting impression on me. The combination of sweet and salty flavors was new to my palate, and despite its black color, it tasted surprisingly delicious.

5. What made you decide to join Miss Lipa Tourism 2024?

I joined Miss Lipa Tourism because of the incredible support from those who believed in my potential to shine on stage and represent our community. Their faith in me gives the confidence to embrace this challenge and strive to make them proud.

10. If you could choose 3 things (food, places, people, etc.) to promote Lipa City, what would they be?

Lipa offers a wealth of experiences, from its food, place and the people. If I going to promote a place it would be the San Sebastian Cathedral, as we are known as “Little Rome of the Philippines”, which stands as a testament to the city’s faith and devotion. As a proud resident of Lipa, this is not only symbolizing not only our strong religious identity but also our commitment to preserving and promoting our cultural heritage. Furthermore, The would spotlight the Kapeng Barako festival, celebrating Lipa City’s rich coffee culture, is a significant draw for coffee enthusiasts. Our visitor can experience farm tours, coffee brewing and tastings that allow visitors to experience the rich flavors and heritage of Lipa’s coffee industry. Lastly, as we walk through the streets, we would be greeted by the warm smiles of the Lipenos. This would beautifully demonstrate the genuine hospitality and wholehearted acceptance of people from all colors, ethnicities, and nationalities by the Lipenos.

11. Anything else you want to tell us?

I extend my heartfelt invitation to each and every one of you to join me in this exciting journey as I compete in the Miss Lipa Tourism 2024 pageant. Your support means the world to me, and I would be honored to have you cheering me on at the event.
