About Macao Imperial Tea SM City Lipa
It’s the first Macao Imperial Tea branch in Lipa City. I remember when we first posted about the news that Macao Imperial Tea is opening in SM City Lipa. The post blew up.
It’s easy to see why this is the case. It’s one of the most popular milk tea brands in the country. Lipeños have been waiting for a long time for it. It wasn’t unusual for us to look for a branch outside Lipa. Now, we don’t have to do that. We can simply go to SM Lipa and it’s right there for our satisfaction.
I love its convenient location in SM City Lipa. It’s on the 2nd floor right across the food court. It’s right there to tempt you upon going up the escalator from the main entrance.
This branch maintains its cozy appeal with its popular humongous Teddy Bear and IG-worthy walls.
I also find its setup convenient for on the go shoppers as you can simply enter, order, and exit to enjoy your Macao Imperial Tea drink on the go.
My Favorite Cheesecake and Pearl Milk Tea
The Macao Imperial Tea Cheesecake and Pearl deserves a section of its own.
It has all my favorites – milk tea, cheesecake and soft but chewy pearls. I bet most of my followers have this as their favorite. If you haven’t tried it yet, go ahead and do so.
I like that the high-quality milk tea remains the highlight. The cheesecake is there just to sweeten things up.
EDITOR’S TIP: Try it with zero sugar if you’re cutting back on calories. It still tastes good!
My Other Recommended Drinks
I’m also loving the Purple Taro Cheesecake.
This is what I’m getting if I wanted dessert in a drink.
The Cream Cheese Oreo Milk Tea is pretty good as well.
The Oreo adds a bit of nice and delicious texture to the drink.
If for some reason I go back to Macao SM Lipa and I didn’t want milk tea, I’d go for the Over the Rainbow Soda.
It’s a refreshing drink perfect for the dry months.
They also have the For You drink.
It’s a coffee-based drink that is pretty nice as well. It’s a good pick-me-up drink.
On the other hand, the For Me drink is its sweet strawberry-based cousin.
EDITOR’S TIP: Save the tumbler and re-use for a PHP 10 (for the same drink) or PHP 5 (for a different drink) discount.

While Macao Imperial Tea SM Lipa is popular among shoppers on the go, you should sit down and enjoy their snacks and pastries with your milk tea.
My favorite is the Kurobuta Sausage.
They also have Crispy Sausage and Lobster Balls, among others.
The Croissant is flaky on the outside and warm and chewy on the inside.
I loved the Sans rival!
They have other cakes and pastries to enjoy.
