Lipa City – Advocating the growth of skateboarding culture in the Philippines, Vans aims to welcome more individuals to the skateboarding family by giving them the opportunity to experience the unique and creative culture of the sport. Vans Philippines Skate Clinic which will be held on May 11, 2019 at SM City Lipa’s Front Parking Area will serve as an exclusive platform where all enthusiasts can learn the basics of skateboarding and have a good time with Vans family and skate crew.
This event is also Vans’ way of creating something that’s uniquely centered around self-expression, the community, and the cultivation of friendships through skateboarding. Vans family and riders Maiko Okuaki-Bato, Michael Joshua Guiao, Chocks Mangaspar, Irone Ilagan, and Sebby Hernandez are all set to jam with the participants during the skate clinic. This is a FREE event! All safety gears are provided—you just have to get there, sign up, and get on board!

9AM – Registration
9AM to 12NN – Free skate jam
12NN to 2PM – Best Trick contest
3PM to 7PM – Skate clinic
