The Blue Sapphire Hotel is a name known in Lipa City for accommodations, dining, and events. It’s a name that you can trust if you’re looking for an all-in-one provider for your party needs. In fact, it’s a name that our family has trusted for almost a decade now.
It’s where we held the reception party of our daughter’s baptism. My nephew had his 1st birthday party there. I’ve had a birthday party there as well, along with a seminar. Needless to say, The Blue Sapphire Hotel is a name that we’ve grown to love.
This is why when we were deciding on a venue for my daughter’s 7th birthday party, the Blue Sapphire Hotel was an easy choice to make.

About The Blue Sapphire Hotel
The Blue Sapphire Hotel is a no-frills hotel under the Blue Sapphire Social Events Corporation. It has several venue options for parties, with the Angelo’s Pavilion being the biggest one. At its biggest, it can comfortable accommodate up to 300 guests. For the purpose of our party, it was partitioned to comfortably accommodate our guest of around 120 adults and 30 kids.
Here are some of the reasons why we can recommend the Angelo’s Pavilion for your party:
- It can accommodate parties both big and small. It doesn’t matter if it’s an intimate baptism party or a wedding where everyone’s invited.
- There’s plenty of parking. They recently added additional parking space at the back of the hotel.
- It’s in a good location. It’s located along the highway so it’s not a problem even for commuters.
- It’s clean and well-maintained.
- It has the basics. There’s comfort room inside the Angelo’s Pavilion and another one outside.
- It’s FREE to use if you will take advantage of their affordable catering packages.
I also love the separate lobby.
It’s where guests can comfortably wait.
It’s also where you can put the photo booth and registration table. You can also design the stairs leading up to the venue itself.
About Jeaca’s Catering
This is the catering arm of the Blue Sapphire Social Events Corporation. If you’re looking for delicious catered food that you can afford, you have to book an event at The Blue Sapphire Hotel and take advantage of one of the food packages of Jeaca’s Catering.
The culinary trained Mam Bernardine Go has put together an impressive menu for Jeaca’s Catering. We’ve been enjoying their food for years now so we had no problems hyping up their food to our guests, and they weren’t disappointed. They raved about the food.
Their food packages start at PHP 300 per head. This is quite a steal considering that you get to use the Angelo’s Pavilion for 3 hours already. Also included is the use of sound system, chandelier lights, and air conditioning units.
We got the PHP 370 per head package that included 3 main courses, 1 vegetable dish, 1 soup, 1 dessert and 1 drink. The Baby Back Ribs Barbecue is first on the list because it’s a favorite.
We asked a few guests and this is by far the most popular item in the buffet. Yes, even if we had Cebu lechon flew in. Make sure to get it. These ribs are lick-the-bone good.
The Buttered Chicken is also a hit.
It’s juicy and crunchy! It’s what you’d expect to enjoy at your favorite fast food chicken restaurant.
We also got the Steamed Fish Fillet with Lemon Butter Sauce.
The fish fillets really absorbed the lemon and butter flavor.
For the vegetable dish, you can’t go wrong with their chopsuey.
As you can see, it’s also loaded with protein, so it’s like having another main course.
For the kids, we got the PHP 200 per head that included spaghetti, chicken bites, brownies, Milo and ice cream. Judging from how hyper and energized the kids were during the program after their meal, it’s safe to say that the meal was filling.
