I remember when D’Baristroe opened. 😍

I mean, we all do.

We weren’t used to it, but suddenly, we started using the description “IG-worthy” to describe a coffee shop.

That coffee shop was D’Baristroe. It wowed us with interiors that are beautifully accented with natural lighting. It had fixtures and corners that are inviting you to take out your phone so you can take a selfie.

Before you know it, the food and the drinks are there, wowing you even more.

It was a complete experience that we all loved. It became a hangout place. It became a preferred place for meetings. Digital nomads made it their home.

ICYMI: D’BARISTROE: A HIP AND MODERN COFFEE SHOP THAT’S MORE THAN A COFFEE SHOP

D’Baristroe Today

While the implemented health and safety guidelines affected its aesthetics, it remains beautiful thanks to the natural light that it attracts and the tastefully designed barista counters filled with weapons of world domination.

Yes, give me their coffee every day and I’ll be on my way to world domination. 💪

Speaking of coffee, their coffee cupping exhibition is something else.

Seriously though, I appreciate how they sacrificed their aesthetics to ensure the safety of their diners. Yes, they’re open for dine-in! They even have outdoor dining areas for those who feel safer dining outdoors.

You know what didn’t change? Their food. The quality remains top-notch. I had the pleasure of trying the OG Crispy Chicken. 😋

You know how I sometimes say in my vlogs that I’m just going to take a bite so I can taste the other dishes?

That didn’t happen this time. I devoured every single bit of that sandwich.

Oh, and the Barista Wings! I love how they’re sticky and crispy. What an explosion of flavors they bring. 💥

I was going to try the other dishes afterward but I guess #TeamHelloLipa didn’t want to share the rest of the dishes. 🤣

Next time!

Oh, and you have to try their Brazil Santos Coffee. That blend rocked my world.
