2. Can you describe your usual day?

A normal day in my life when I don’t have class and other occasions to attend usually starts with my skin care routine: cleanse my skin and apply morning moisturizer. I also do some exercise.

I then head to my room to listen worship songs and watch one or two Youtube videos and spend time with my family and friends.

3. Can you describe the modern Lipeña?

A modern Lipeña nowadays is defined by her voice. Modern Lipeña women are more aggressive in voicing out her virtue and opinions for she knows we’re to stand in our society. She will never falter in making a change. She speaks for the rights and humane thing whether it is for the environment or reaching out to those who are in need. The good thing about the women nowadays even if we’re no longer the Maria Clara type which is “mahinhin” still we instill the value of a Filipina women and that is respect and God fearing. For me those are the characteristics of modern Lipeña nowadays.

4. What’s your favorite Lipeño food?

One of my favorite Lipeño food is “goto”. This savory beef dish specifically originated in Lipa City. You can enjoy one it the popular gotohan joint called Gotohan sa Barangay in Barangay Antipolo del Norte, Lipa City.

5. What made you decide to join Miss Lipa Tourism 2020?

It was my childhood dream of becoming a beauty Queen that’s why at the age of 14 I decided to join in the beauty pageant which I coveted my first crown. This inspired me to join another competition like this at the higher stage and different level, I became Miss Oriental Mindoro 2018 1st Runner Up. Not at all times, I got a crown but I never stop reaching my dreams with all the support of people who love and trust me. I am a woman of courage, dedication and perseverance to face all the challenges in life. I consider these as my assets in continuing this journey not just for myself but also for my family and supporters.

Miss Lipa Tourism is a woman for a purpose. Gone are the days wherein beauty, body and intelligence are the measures of being a beauty queen.  I want to take my share in making Lipa a progressive place by taking this opportunity as a platform to realize my advocacy. Growing up in Lipa made me realize how grateful I am that there is more to this place than its scenic beauty. As a youth, I’d like to invest the days of my youth in promoting Lipa. Lipeños and Lipeñas are beautiful people and we can use this beauty in promoting tourism, culture, tradition and hospitable people.

7. How do you plan on helping your fellow Lipeños as a candidate of Miss Lipa Tourism 2020?

Life becomes more meaningful when it is lived for others. It was Albert Einstein who once said, “A life lived for others is worth living.” As a candidate, I will adhere to all the rules and regulations, as well as its ordinances of the City.

People succeed, not solely because of their beauty, talent and wit, but because of their character. A Lipeño is disciplined as a person and so am I. I will use this as an opportunity to pride our city’s culture, mouth-watering foods, scenic beauty and rich tradition.

I will use this platform to help those less fortunate people in the small things I can give. Moreover, I wanted to serve as an inspiration to all women who are having the same aspirations in joining this kind of competition for them to boost their self confidence in showing not only their beauty, talents and intelligence but also to help other people who are in need.

8. What is your advocacy?

In together with the fast growing and development of the City of Lipa, I want to launch my advocacy of Strengthening the Tourism Sector of the City of Lipa. As a tourism student, I will use this platform to show and tell to the world the scenic and pristine beauty of the City of Lipa. From its most acclaimed culture and traditions, arts, places and most specially the Lipeños all of these will be known and we can be proud of. From that, this will serve as an avenue to promote tourism and preserve the culture and arts of our city.

9. What’s your message to your fellow Lipeños?

I believe in the power of collaboration. We can do so little alone, but we can achieve so much together. To my fellow Lipeños, no one else will be proud of Lipa but its people. Let us not wait for others to appreciate Lipa first; let us be the one to be proud of it first. When we do, they will see the beauty in it, see the potentials that Lipa has and they will invest. In such a way, we can promote Lipa as an economy capital not only in Batangas but an ambitious Economic Tiger in Asia.

10. Why do you deserve to be chosen as the Hello Lipa Brand Ambassadress?

At present I am taking tourism this is because I am amazed and fascinated with different sceneries and rich cultures all over the world, in the Philippines and most specially to our own beloved City of Lipa.

Every day I always see to it that I improve my knowledge by seeking information about our own cultures and destination aside from that good communication skills that is an asset when it comes to promotion. Yes, definitely I am very much deserving to be chosen as the ambassadress of Goodwill of Hello Lipa for I am a culture and art enthusiast, environmentalist and a good citizen.

It is an honor to show the world what Lipa has – its hospitable people, rich culture and beautiful destinations. Being chosen now as an ambassadress is Lipa’s ticket to make Lipa City know soon as one of the most sought-after tourist destinations not only in the country but in the international community.
